It’s definitely time for winter blankets and doonas. If yours have been squashed away in a cupboard and need a refresh… our large commercial machines can get them fresh and clean in not time.
Remember to follow the instructions on the blanket and don’t “over soap”.

Our Buderim laundry is cleaned daily. Why? Because we want you to feel good when you visit, we want our machines to be in top working order for you and we want doing laundry to be a good experience for you.

We like to support local charities throughout the year and this week we’re collecting the below basic winter items if you’d like to help contribute in any way.

We are aiming to load up and deliver to the Homeless Outreach Sunshine Coast, at Coolum Beach by midday Fri 20th May.

They are currently in desperate need of warm clothing and bedding so if you have any of the below items at home in good condition, your contribution by Friday morning at the latest would be greatly appreciated.

Mens & Ladies (no children at this stage) any sizes and in good condition please:

Jumpers/Jackets
Jeans/Track pants
Covered in Shoes
Warm Socks
Beanies
Gloves
Sleeping bags
Flannelette/winter sheets
Blankets

This small team of volunteers work tirelessly all year, travelling to remote homeless communities between Gympie and Glasshouse Mountains, Noosa and Kawana (usually the ones out of sight, out of mind).

They rely solely on donations (particularly fuel vouchers for the distance traveled each week) to provide much needed clothing, camping equipment, warm bedding, food and general welfare checks.
