Nice one ☝️ Jimmi degrease those tiles, looks like these ceramics have quite a lot of texture. When they were laid back in the 70’s or 80’s the tiler didn’t wipe up too great and left grout smear. The grout smear then captures a lot of body grease, spilt wine and maybe a knocked over Corona or 2 😏. This whole issue builds over the years and creates living conditions like these allowing mould and bacteria 🦠 to thrive! The 2nd Stage is a full acid wash to remove the grout smear cleaning the tiles back to factory finish.
