It was a very long and hard day trying to get this Porsche looking its best before Christmas. It came to us in very poor condition, covered in swirls, some deeper scratches and even some poorly done paint touch ups.

After a thorough 2 hour decontamination wash the rest of the day was spent doing an extensive paint correction to bring the paintwork back to looking its best and then I threw in a quick tidy up of the interior before the customer picked it up.

If you're going away over the holidays make sure you book in for a detail when you get back so you don't miss out. Everyone comes back around the same time and not everyone gets in when they want.

A Mecan GTS, a 911 Turbo S and the big red beast!

Spent a few hours out in the farmlands today where a couple of Porsche roam free 😆 I don't mind working on them because they're a pleasure to work with but that 911 I actually had to get on my hands and knees to clean and I needed a ladder to clean the F250 🤦
All in all I enjoyed the day

Gotta catch up on some posts 🤣
This brand new Kia came in for a 2 Layer Ceramic coating PLUS glass coating all round.
Surprisingly there were a few marks on the paintwork even though it was brand new 🤔 but a quick 1 step correction was done before applying Gyeon Synchro 2 layer coating for long lasting protection. The glass needed next to no prep work and received 2 layers of Gyeon View glass coating which helps improve visibility and increase water repellency meaning you don't have to use your wipers as much.

If you're buying a new car I honestly wouldn't even bother with the dealership coating that doesn't even last a year. Bring it to a reputable detailer like us and we will make sure it's done right.

We've been keeping busy lately, once the sun comes out it's go time!
Some recent stuff I have been working on, a small racing boat that needed a polish before a race, a speedboat that's been very well used for the last 20 years needed a polish and inside clean, and an absolutely massive caravan (bigger than I've ever worked on before) needed a full detail inside and out... And that's just some of the jobs from this week!

October only has a few spots left (and I mean only a few) and the first 2 weeks of November are pretty much full too so if you want some work done before summer hits send me a message and we will get you booked in.

Sometimes even a detailer needs a detail!
It's not often I actually have time to work on my own cars. I spend all my time working on other people's cars and there's not enough time for my own but today I underestimated how long a job would take me. With nothing else to do I forced myself to finally give the van some love that it desperately needed.
It's been pi***ng me off for a while now with how dirty it has been but it's done now.

Bookings are currently fluctuating between 2-3 weeks lead time so plan ahead if you can. You can also get in touch about my cancellation list which does happen and can benefit both of us

It's been a while since I posted anything but I have been super busy lately (better get in ASAP if you want a detail ready for summer)

This Discovery I did yesterday is from one of my oldest customers. I originally detailed this car 3 years ago in preparation to sell it but he ended up loving the refreshed look and decided to keep it.

Yesterday we gave the inside a thorough vacuum and wipe down to remove sand from a trip away, while the outside got a much needed decon wash to remove all the dirt and bugs before giving it a polish to bring back the shine.

Like I said before, I'm getting a lot of customers book in big jobs or multiple cars taking all day so spots are definitely filling up fast if you want a medium/big job done. Smaller jobs I can fit in here and there.

It was a beautiful day yesterday for washing cars. I had these 3 out in Diggers Rest for a Premium Exterior Wash.
This is not just a simple generic wash, it's a very thorough process and when it's done right it looks amazing.
This customer wanted these restored to a decent condition where he would be able to maintain them himself.

It's been a few months since I've detailed a Porsche but I always love it when I do and this Cayenne Turbo is no exception.

This was actually in quite bad condition for any brand of car but I don't think I've seen a Porsche that had this amount of mess. It looked like somebody threw a kebab all over the seats and dash.

I gave the outside a premium wash to remove the layers of dirt it had and the interior got a thorough vacuum throughout and scrub of all the seats, dash and consoles to remove all the grime and spills.

The customer was so happy he couldn't hide his excitement.

Getting this work ute cleaned up ready for sale and the difference shows.

The tray had a massive amount of staining that required multiple goes with acid to remove but it was well worth it. The rest of the car needed the usual stuff, being a tradie car it had been used hard over the years so a lot of scrubbing on the interior was involved but back to looking like new.

If you're selling your car make sure you book in for a detail. It could literally mean thousands of dollars in difference.

Well looks like I'm not working today due to the weather. So I'll post some photos from jobs I've done last week.

This Ford Ranger and Everest have been long overdue for a detail. The last time I did these cars was 9 and 12 months ago 😱

Both of them getting a Interior & Exterior detail and bringing them back to an acceptable standard. Being such a long time between details they both needed quite a bit of work.
