Aaron & myself together with over 50 years experience in our trades will find exactly what’s going on. We find obvious issues and also not so obvious like rodents that have chewed the insulation off live electrical wiring leaving exposed copper that is extremely dangerous.

Providing information on issues found & how to rectify the situation so you can make an educated decision. Onsite meetings as part of our inspection process to explain the situation, building report & timber pest report, 2 tradesman there at once working together to inspect absolutely everything.

We also inspect homes as part of regular maintenance for the home owner so you know where you stand. You can have your own reports & be in the drivers seat if you want to sell or not. Providing confidence

Aaron & myself have been conducting many building & pest inspections & it’s time that things be bought to light about the building industry. It’s been simmering for a wile but we are absolutely appalled with what’s going on in the new building space over the past years.

Having conversations with our builders that are doing the right thing & the consensus is clear, there are so called builders out there doing absolutely atrocious things that we cannot keep quiet anymore as it’s affecting home owners, the economy & the industry we love so much.

We have a hand full of builders that are 💯 about what they are doing & definitely doing the right things. As for the others well it’s going to be a wake up.

In milton on Saturday & called into a local preschool that had a bit of a sand issue. Over the years the sand has made its way out of the sand pit & onto the synthetic turf.

This quickly turned into a rejuvenation of the area, the sand had formed a crust in the turf as it was so packed in so we removed to a desired depth & top dressed then leveled & soaked back in to smooth the areas out.

Wow real grass is so much easier but definitely enjoyed the challenge. 1m3 of sand was moved back into the sand pit which is a lot as the grassed area is only 51 m2

Ps the weight of 1 m3 of sand is 1400kg dry & up to 2000Kg wet 😎 was a big job but hope all the little ones can enjoy when back on the 5th

Got stuck into the milton courthouse for a bit of a face lift, not finished but we got the first stage hard surface cleaning done, front wall & concrete areas.

Next we will be in with the soft wash unit to post treat the front wall, concrete & exterior of the building,

Will be cleaning up the yards & gardens as part of this scope of works aswell. After just the first stage it’s looking much better.

The court house was built in 1877 & it’s distinctive itanianate style it’s still well preserved so we are absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to give this site a bath

We appreciate all the support from clients, suppliers & contract providers we do enjoy what we do & love seeing you all, it has been a big year with family situations happening & myself turning 40 & finally stepping away from alcohol, this time will I think be for good as I have loved it too much.

We have been doing our pest management as always incorporating our exterior surface cleaning, lawn care contracting to government sites all up & down the coast. So for anything outside we can def help you out in 2026

Afternoon sorting out a wasp issue in a classroom, wasps gaining access into a roof cavity then accessing the class room via a vent in the ceiling. Not any more 😎
