A PROFESSIONAL CLEAN
We clean in a ‘clean’ manner – we don’t blow debris all over your garden and into your ceiling cavity. We vacuum it out and take it away.
We clean using industrial-strength, wet-dry vacuums. This means we are fast, and that we can happily clean wet, sludge-filled gutters as effectively as dry ones.
Downpipes – our vacuum nozzles are shaped to be able to get into the tops of your downpipes, where 98% of blockages are. We then flush all downpipes at the end of every clean (looking for the other 2% of blockages) – giving you peace of the mind that rainwater will flow come the next storm.
Valleys – as professionals, we understand that valleys can appear to be clean when, in fact, they are anything but (non-cleaned valleys are a regular source of flooding – unfortunately we see it a lot). We check under valley tiles and clean as required – just to be sure.
We have equipment that enables us to clean gutters from the ground where a roof is too steep to be walked on and we can’t get ladder access. The results are good given the constraints – and a whole lot more affordable than scaffolding or an EWP.
SAFETY
We work in a very safe way. All our staff have undergone specific roof-safety training and will use full PPE where required.
We strap our ladders to all properties in order to prevent ladder accidents as we get on and off your roof (more than 50% of all working at height accidents relate to unsafe use of ladders).
Beyond that – we require our staff to wear ‘roof’ shoes, to monitor their own hydration levels, to wear sunscreen, to wear a hat and to carry out a risk assessment of every roof before they get on it.
Working safely is important on any roof, but with more and more properties being built as multi-storey, the consequences of not doing so become increasingly serious.
There is simply no room for compromise in this area.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The week before we arrive, we’ll allocate you a 2-hour arrival timeslot on a day that suits you. On the day we are due to arrive, if we end up running late, we’ll let you know.
We are up-front and transparent with our pricing, and we will email it to you in advance.
You can be at home if you wish, but we are also happy to clean without you being there.
We take photos of the gutters both before and after cleaning on every job, so you know the job was done, and done well.
We supply a roof & gutter report after each clean.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We can clean your solar panels while we are already up on your roof (cleaner panels are more efficient).
We can supply & fit Gutter-Flow gutter-guard.
We can supply & fit access flaps to fixed gutter mesh that enables cleaning under (which is a better solution than having to rip it up and throw it away).
We can treat your roof with a product that will, over time, remove any build-up of lichen and mould. It can only be applied pre-winter, and it doesn’t work instantly. But it works, and it avoid any ‘woops’ moments that can arise when using a high-pressure cleaner on (fragile) tiles.
We can remove cobwebs from the underside of eaves and high gutters.
We offer a comprehensive pressure-washing service too. Driveways, walls, plinths – we can clean them all, on the same day.
