Over two years now, we have had the privilege of looking after this wonderful client. ❤️
The trust they have placed in us is something I have felt from the very first day we walked through their door. Thank you so much for your trust, your kindness, and for always treating us with respect. 🙏
We work incredibly hard—not just in this home, but for every single client we look after. We treat everyone with the same respect, care, quality, and commitment because your trust means so much to us.
But I also want to remind everyone of something important: we are not superheroes. We are human beings. We can make mistakes, just like everyone else, no matter what job we do in life.
We are always open to genuine feedback because it helps us improve. But going forward, I will no longer put myself, my team, or our work under unnecessary pressure when I know a job is becoming unhealthy or impossible to manage fairly.
We work so damn hard for everyone, giving our time, energy, care, and attention every single minute—while keeping our prices as affordable as we can.

Just as we want to protect you and your family, we also need to protect ourselves and our small team. If we become sick, we are unable to provide our cleaning services to all of our clients.
Unfortunately, we are currently unwell ourselves after picking up a flu during this flu season. We are doing our best to recover and take care of ourselves so we can get back to looking after everyone.
