Winter 2026 is nearly here and we’re ready.

Once again we have kept our prices at 2023 levels. Washing machines prices are $6 for 9kg, $9 for 15kg and $12 for our largest 22kg machines that can take king size quilts.

Our machines inject free washing liquid so you don’t have to buy any powder to use but if you want to add additional the option is there.

Located in a busy shopping precinct in a well lit busy strip there are shops that you can have a coffee or quick bite to eat next door if you want.

Our service line is manned 24/7 by people who own and run the business so if there is an issue we can deal with it immediately by remote operation on every washing machine and dryer.

A family business for 40 years we know about laundries so here to help you.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, laundry will not be open on Wednesday 21/2/24 at 6am. Reflooring of the laundry to a non slip standard has taken longer than anticipated. It is hoped that trading will commence later in the day after 5pm on Wednesday 21/2/24.

NO WASHING MACHINE PRICE INCREASES FOR 2023

The management of The Laundry at Semaphore recognize that the cost of living is putting pressure on the budgets of ordinary households.

We have reviewed what we are doing to absorb water, gas and electricity charges by energy companies, to ensure customers are not disadvantaged.

That’s why we have decided NOT to increase our prices for washing machines the foreseeable future. We will review this decision in quarter 1 and 2 in early 2024.

CASHLESS OPERATION

As of Monday 31/1/2022, The Laundry at Semaphore, now allows customers the option of Cashless operation, in addition to customers still being able to use machines with coins, if so required.

The system is payWave enabled and instructions will be posted on this site shortly in addition to instructions on site.
