⚡️ Weekend Storm Response – We Were There When It Mattered Most ⚡️

The severe weather over the weekend kept our team busy, with multiple emergency after-hours call-outs across Perth as residents and facilities were impacted by storm-related damage and power outages.

One of our key responses involved supplying and installing a temporary generator at a disability housing facility after their consumer pole was brought down during the storm. This ensured residents maintained essential power while awaiting repairs and reconnection from the network provider.

Our team also completed the emergency replacement of four hot water systems at four separate residential properties, restoring hot water to families who were left without it following storm-related failures.

Throughout the weekend, our technicians worked tirelessly to respond to as many emergencies as possible, helping keep homes, businesses and critical facilities safe, operational and comfortable during challenging conditions.

🚿 Emergency Hot Water Response Completed 🚿

The team at Ballantyne recently attended an emergency call-out for a property left without hot water.

To ensure the tenant was not left without essential services, our team quickly installed a temporary hot water unit while a replacement system and quotation were arranged.

Once the owner approved the quotation, we returned to complete the installation of a brand-new hot water system — all while maintaining uninterrupted hot water supply for the tenant throughout the process.

Another great effort by the Ballantyne team delivering fast, reliable service and practical solutions when they matter most.
