Shano’s Home Cleaning, Maintenance & Gardening are a New Service Provider Servicing Age Care Clients in the following areas. We are looking to expand our team as our business and clientele is growing. We are looking for staff to join our team for the following positions and areas.
CASUAL PERSONAL CARES for In Home & Community Care & Domestic Assistances.
We aim to assist our elderly in the community to remain in their homes. We are seeking employees from the following and surrounding areas to assist our clients.
- BALLARAT
- BACCHUS MARSH/MELTON
- ARARAT/GREAT WESTERN
- GEELONG & SURF COAST
- WESTERN MELBOURNE SUBURBS - We are looking for support workers to cover the following area’s Point Cook, Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing & Werribee. We also require support workers for the Avondale Heights, East Keilor, Essendon, St Albans areas also

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm however happy to accommodate for school hours and other availability within reason.
You MUST have one of the following certificates to work as a Personal Carer
- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Certificate IV in Disability
However, no certificate is necessary for Domestic Care, Transport,
You MUST provide current police check, driver’s license, First Aid, CPR (for P/Care position), COVID-19 vaccination certificate to be considered.
Duties include but not limited for Personal Care position, Homecare (general clean/tidy up, washing, changing bed linen, vacuuming, mopping etc), shopping assistance – including unaccompanied, transportation to and from appointments, social supports and in home respite. No experience necessary but will be advantageous in your application.
