It’s Business as Usual!!
Given the nature of our business we have always had a strong focus on the prevention of contamination for both ourselves and our customers. This is now especially important given the Covid19 outbreak and the fact that many of our customers are elderly or have certain medical conditions.
We always use a water-free hand cleanser on arrival at a customers’ premises, wear gloves whilst working and wash hands with anti-bacterial soap and water after every job. This process is robust and will not change.
In order to prevent any risk of person-to-person contamination we are happy to offer a contact-free service if required. We can take instructions over the phone or by text, we will notify customers of our arrival by text and confirm the tasks required/completed if needed. On completion we offer the following payment options:
1. Cash – you may leave a cash payment where convenient. We will check the amount and leave a receipt in its place together with any overpayment in a sealed plastic bag.
2. EFTPOS –On Site. The key pad on our EFT terminal will be protected by plastic which will be replaced for each customer so PIN numbers can be entered without having to touch the machine.
3. EFTPOS – Remote. We are happy to call you and take card details over the phone after completion of the job.
4. Bank Deposit – We are happy to leave an invoice in a sealed bag for bank transfer payment.
Whilst we are pleased to be able to offer these tweaks for your protection and ours, if there is no risk of contamination you are more than welcome to observe the process as we empty your tanks.
