When you're a mum there's always something to do. The kids will either want to be fed constantly, or not want to eat at all. The cleaning and tidying goes to a new level and you may want to shift your expectations on what is the new acceptable for your family. You may wonder where all the washing has come from and who has been wearing all the dirty clothes in the basket.
Remember to be kind to yourself and take time to do something for you. The work will always be there but your family will grow up and move on. They will remember more about the times you spent together and how you made them feel than the cleanliness of the environment they lived in.
