Once again I am asking if you have ordered something and it should have been delivered, please come and check. Parcels have been and will be taken back if not collected within a reasonable time.

You all have parcels that have been here over a week to 10 days. Please come and collect. There are a couple of others that are larger and need to be picked up please.
We do not control this space and how the freighties notify you, we only supply a space, which is now filling up and getting in the way!!!

It has been a busy 10+ days on the driveway with the long weekend and fuel crisis making life very busy and interesting! 🤦‍♀️

With our fuel supply being reduced, making the decision to stop filling fuel cells and fuel trailers and to start limiting the amount of fuel per customer was not an easy one. Especially when some farmers do not have fuel on farm, and sowing isn't all that far away. But we can only go on recommendations from our supplier, particularly as we dont know how much fuel we will be getting at each of the next deliveries. And even when those next deliveries will be.🤷‍♀️

We have also discussed that if the fuel level gets too low and our next delivery is in an unknown time frame, the emergency services will get precedence. 🚓🚑🚒

Who knows when this will all calm down, and the fuel deliveries will all go back to regular dollars and deliveries. Cross everything that is soon!

So with all of that, the team here at St Arnaud Apex Service Station would personally like to thank all of our customers, whether local or passing through. THANK YOU for not being impatient, abusive or angry. THANK YOU for understanding that, like them, we have no control of this fuel shortage. That we are doing our best to keep the increases to a minimum, and the supply fair for everyone. And you patience and understanding is so very much appreciated!

Due to the unknown availability of fuels, and in particular Diesel, we will no longer be filling fuel cells & trailer tanks. Emergency vehicles are exempt from this. This is on advice from our supplier Lowes Petroleum. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
