February 2020, The Foam Room has exchanged ownership to a family-owned business by Michelle Wilson and Darren Charnock. She understands what services are needed from the ground up and ensures you receive the same courtesy back.
Darren has many years' of pluming and chain management experience in the mining industry. He knows what it takes to clean his own personal uniform, and what problems it c
an cause with the wear and tears of his home washing machine. Most importantly, he understands the challenges that Michelle faces to keep the washing machine and her own close clean after he uses it.
Darren's quote "Happy wife, happy life", and with this together they made their next step to their future and purchased The Foam Room, Rutherford, NSW.
This collaboration brings their industry knowledge, years of life experience and their own personal trial & error.
After many years helping Darren's friends, family and colleges with their uniform cleaning problems and Michelle working in the bed and breakfast accommodation industry and having her own holiday rental property it was a no brainer to transition into the ownership of The Foam Room.
The Foam Room is conveniently located in Rutherford industrial estate with designated parking right outside our door.
Here we provided services in Commercial Laundry, B&B Supplies and with their vertical integrated business B & B Housekeeping offering Cleaning Services to accommodation providers across the Hunter Valley and greater Newcastle region. Michelle stated "Having good communication, and customer service is hard to find", for her own personal accommodation rental property, "I want to deliver this to my clients and help them to give that five-star service, at a reasonable cost and maintain long-term business relationships that I was unable to get".
