Salt Lamps are beautiful but they can make a mess if they start to sweat.
This post has a few hints on how to help stop your lamp from sweating.
We find a lot of our clients have beautiful Salt lamps in their homes.
Unfortunately, a lot of these lamps have sweat and left salt deposits which start to ruin the table or floor they are placed on and no longer get turned on.
To avoid your Salt Lamp sweating, here are a few hints to make it last and save your furniture or floor.
🧡 Try to keep it on all the time. If that isn't possible make sure it is kept on for at least 16 hours a day.
🧡 Keep away from humidity. Bathrooms and kitchen benches are not a great spot for them due to steam.
🧡 If placing on your floor, make sure you have a tray underneath incase of sweating. It will save your floors getting damaged by the Salt.
🧡 While you are not using it and want to give it some rest, cover your Lamp in an air tight bag or with a dry cloth. It will keep humidity away and increase its durability.
