We offer the best technology available in the world when it comes to the swimming pool shell. Leisure Pools Manufacturing is the only fibreglass shell on the market that carries a Lifetime Structural Warranty and a Lifetime Structural Osmosis Warranty. The Leisure Pools Factory operates a state of the art facility with a quality control system that is second to none. Each and every pool shell is t

horoughly tested at the Leisure Pools laboratory by the factory’s own PHD qualified Polymer Chemist. The Vinyl Ester Resin and the materials that are used to build the entire pool surpass the performance of the standard industry built pool by 111% in flexural and tensile strength. The resin that we build our entire pool with has approximately 90% greater water resistance than the standard industry resin. The standard industry built pool only has a thin layer of Vinyl Ester resin in between layers of cheaper resin to reduce costs. Leisure Pools Manufacturing also uses a reinforcement in its shell manufacturing called Composite ArmourTM that is made with Kevlar, Carbon Fibre as well as Basalt Fibre woven in with dense fibreglass matting in strategic areas of the pool. Leisure Pools Manufacturing will not compromise on its quality building formula and as a result offers the best warranties on the market today and that warranty is backed by a manufacturing process that is unequalled by any of our competitors in the swimming pool industry.
