Cares R Us is working with the local community to support more flexible family day care options for families in Kangaroo Valley.

This project is about practical care that fits real family life — smaller home-based environments, local educators, flexible options, and a stronger support pathway for children, families and the wider community.

We’re also welcoming local residents who may be interested in becoming family day care educators, with training, guidance and ongoing support available.

This initiative is funded through the NSW Government Early Childhood Education and Care Flexible Initiatives Trial and is focused on improving access to early childhood education and care in regional communities.
