A Passion for Cars

Growing up, my late father Stephen Xepapas had an absolute passion for all types of cars, mainly Fords. His OCD of well maintained cars has of course been passed down to me, what others call ‘an eye for detail.’ Going from 1970’s GT Falcons, to minivans, to WRX’s to Modern FPV’s...they were always perfect. Every little stone chip, scratch and faded patch of paint was corrected within days of being noticed.

Gone are the days of washing the car with a bucket and sponge or going to the local car wash to use the brush, and not many people understand the difference between a ‘cut n polish’ or a single stage, 2 step or 3 step paint correction. Coatings are even more advanced than ever before with some companies in Australia, supplying detailers with PPF or Paint Protection Film which gives you 10 years warranty on your paint, to ensure your investment is well protected.

I wanted to bring back an older style customer/client service that we as kids used to see everywhere and unfortunately now days, a lot of business’ lack this. So what is the difference between a customer and a client? A customer walks into a shop to buy something off the shelf in a shop or from a warehouse, where as a client receives a professional service...
