WE’RE HIRING — CLEANING TEAM LEADER
Red Dog Cleaning is looking for a reliable, switched-on Team Leader to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on cleaning role with extra responsibility, perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, is organised and enjoys working independently.
🕐 Approx. 22 hours per week
📍 South Coffs Coast & surrounding areas
📅 Weekday work — no weekends or public holidays
🚗 Reliable car & licence essential
The role will include:
• Leading a small cleaning team
• Completing regular residential cleans
• Holiday-home cleans & occasional deep cleans
• Quality checking jobs
• Communicating with clients when needed
• Opening/closing jobs and making sure everything is completed to our standard
• Helping keep the team organised and on track
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Reliable and punctual
✔️ Experienced in cleaning
✔️ Confident working independently
✔️ Comfortable taking responsibility
✔️ Has great attention to detail
✔️ Friendly and professional
✔️ Has their own reliable vehicle
✔️ Happy to get stuck in and lead by example
You don’t need to be a cleaning expert with years of experience — the right attitude, reliability and eye for detail are just as important.
