What types of ironing services do we offer? The following three services:-

• Drop and Go – Maximum 48hrs (usually less) with collection OR Drop off availiable ($5 surcharge)
How Long does the Ironing take?

Simply specify your requirement when ordering your ironing collection and we can cater to your requirements. What items do you iron? Domestic items. How will my ironing be returned? Garments will be placed on hangers and other items folded and put back in the basket. If you have any special requests please let us know. Do I need to supply hangers OR Ironing Aid? Yes we will hang all shirts skirt & tops on your hangers or as instructed. We can supply hangers @$1 ea (if requested) but if hangers are supplied short the balance of items will be folded.Ironing Aid is required to be supplied with every basket or will be supplied at a $2.50 fee per basket if not supplied by client. What areas do you cover? All the areas listed (see right). We cover REDHEAD, WHITEBRIDGE, KAHIBAH, DUDLEY, CHARLESTOWN, BELMONT, GATESHEAD. If your area is not listed, please contact us and we may be able to come to an arrangement. I am outside the delivery area what can I do? Just bring you ironing to us
What methods of payments do you take? We accept cash at time of collection or drop off. If unattended pickup/ drop off is required payment is required before or at time of item drop off. How does your delivery service work? A very simple system. Once you contact us by facebook message/ text/ phone. A drop off or collection time can be arranged then, or we will notify you once basket is finished to arrange a dropping off/payment of ironed items .If leaving items to be picked up during working hours a collection/return card can be filled out & left with items or arrangement can be made in advance for regular clients. Just arrange a time to arrive with your ironing. We will return your ironing to you or we will call when ready for picking up.You then just have the choice of our ‘drop and shop’ fast service or the ‘drop and go’ standard service. These prices are for plain items, an extra charge applies for
Linen, Silk, Ruffles or Lace. All over stacking will be charged from $1.00 per additional Adult Item
