It is amazing what word of mouth can do for your business. After having cleaned next door, I was recommended to this lovely owner to restore this property to its former glory. The property was in need of some TLC but needed a lot of care due to its age plus condition. Work involved a soft washing of the house, low pressure cleaning of the flat surfaces and to finish off, a clean of all exterior windows. It was a real joy to transform the look of the property and completely improved its street appeal. A very rewarding job with a some very happy customers.

I was recommended to this lovely owner to give the exterior of this amazing home a clean due to a build up of red dust and soot from all the bush fires last year. It was starting to make the exterior of the home look a little dull and was in need of some TLC. The house, decking was soft washed using a low pressure treatment that helps to lift the dirt, pollution, mould combined with some agitation and finally a low pressure rinse. I finished it off with an exterior window clean to just make the house "pop". Really enjoyable clean on a magnificent home.

It is not often you get asked to restore the appearance of a castle. A Clean Approach House Washing was asked to restore the historic "Killarney Castle" build 1907 in Gordon. As Sydney's leader in prestige property cleaning, I was honoured to be entrusted with this job. Due to the historical nature of the property, extreme care had to be taken with the property to improve and not damage its appearance. Specialised tools were used to complete the work without the hassle of scaffolding. Work involved the soft washing of the exterior of the home and all exterior sandstone hard surfaces. A exterior window clean was performed to finish off this beautiful home. The owner's couldn't believe the dramatic difference and many neighbours stopped to admire the "new" appearance.

Was asked by these lovely retired couple to give the property and slippery surfaces a clean as they were becoming a hazard during COVID-19.

House was soft washed with the outside windows given a clean and all pathways, stairs pressure cleaned. The owners commented that it hadn't looked that good since they renovated and I was glad the slippery surfaces were gone as they were a considerable fall hazard.

I had the privilege to work on this beautiful home during COVID-19. Work involved the soft washing of the property / polycarbonate roof / sandstone, pressure cleaning of all hard surfaces followed by an exterior clean only of the outside windows to remove spotting. All painted surfaces were scrubbed using soft brushes to remove the years of build up. The family were rapt with the end result and happy to have a lovely clean home for their quarantine period.

Was given the pleasure to restore this beautiful home. Work involved the soft washing of the house, rear painted woodwork of patio roof and pressure cleaning of hard surfaces. The transformation was nothing short of spectacular and really gave the home a new lease of life. The owner was over the moon with the results.

I was recommended to these lovely clients to prepare the house for sale. Work involved a soft wash of the house, all paths, louvres, sandstone retaining walls and the cleaning of all windows. Owners couldn't believe how good the house looked after and said it was the best return dollar wise that they had spent!
