International Women’s Day is a moment to celebrate the women who make our workplaces and communities stronger.

At Happsa’s National Support Office, we marked the occasion with a morning tea for our amazing team of women, catered by one of our valued clients, VMCH’s Café - Where Is My Coffee? A wonderful social enterprise café that provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities.

Supporting our clients while celebrating the women who help drive Happsa forward felt like the perfect way to recognise this year’s theme, “Give to Gain.”

A big thank you to the incredible women across Happsa whose dedication, leadership and care make such a difference every day. 💜

Huge shout-out to some of the Happsa team who rolled up their sleeves recently to volunteer with Foodbank 👏

Our crew got hands-on packing the Foodbank Mobile Supermarket bus with fresh produce and pantry staples, before heading out into the community to distribute food directly to Victorians doing it tough. From packing and unpacking to on-the-ground distribution, it was a big day – and one they won’t forget.

All up, the Happsa team helped prepare 16,586 meals — and even landed a spot in the Foodbank Top 10 Packing Legends Leaderboard 🏆🔥 Great work team!

🌟 Regional Employee of the Year 🌟

Congratulations to Nicole on being presented with the Regional Employee of the Year Award. This recognition reflects her strong leadership, dedication, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Nicole supervises the regional GOTAFE campuses and, earlier this year, was promoted to Area Supervisor, taking on responsibility for the Greater City of Shepparton Council sites. Her growth within the business and commitment to her teams make this award incredibly well deserved.
