Sparkle Cleaning Fairies are looking for energetic team members to join our growing company!

Previous professional experience for the role is a bonus but not the number one thing we look for in our ideal candidate.

Attitude is far more important compared to talent. Talent can be trained, providing the person genuinely cares and wants to improve. Attitude is deeply ingrained into someone, and is far more difficult to train.

All of our team members are extremely important to the business, and they know that. Because the company recognises and appreciates them and their efforts, they go the extra mile in return.

We provide House cleaning and office cleaning for regular customers.
Shifts are usually between 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday

We are based in Atwell and serve clients within the Perth metro area.

Our goal is to give you 20 - 25 hours per week. At 25 hours per week, you would be considered to have a full schedule. This is because very few clients want you in there homes before 9am and after 3pm. Initially, as we aim to build up your own clientelle however, you can expect 8 - 15 hours per week in the beginning. With your regular clients, you will have a very predictable schedule.

We provide all cleaning products.

All you have to do is show up on time, do amazing cleaning, and provide a friendly smile to our valued clients!

You must also have a car for daily use, and a valid drivers licence. Please don't apply if you do not.

Requirements:

Valid police clearance, or be willing to get one.

Willing to get an ABN

Previous employment in the cleaning industry is a huge advantage but definitely not essential.

You must own a car with insurance

Must have a VALID drivers licence

English speaking

You need a good work ethic and be willing to work at a fast pace

Reliability is an absolute must!
