Our New Non-Contact Policy & Procedures
Like all responsible businesses, Gutter Guards WA prioritises the well-being of its customers and staff.
In the current environment of COVID-19, we would like reassure our customers that all of our processes are being completed safely and properly without any direct personal contact or entering the home.
This includes:
- INSPECTIONS Our estimators will phone on arrival rather than knock on the door, and will check roofing and gutters externally.
- MEASURING If your building plans aren’t available, we can use licensed software for accurate measurements from current satellite images.
- QUOTING and also BILLING is all done via email and online
- INSTALLATION Our workers will complete all works externally and will not require entering the home.
