Its been a while but today I revisited an old clients house to do a deep bathroom clean. Even after a year off that magic touch is still there 🥰🥰

2023 Where has the year gone !!!!!!

Well it's about that time again when the year comes to an end and to say this year's been a wild one would be an understatement. I just want to say thank you so much to all my wonderful clients who has supported me again this year through the highs and lows. It's been an eventful year but again I've made it through and looking for a more positive year next year . 1 amazing thing to happen this year is that My son who has been sick for 6.5 years finally got the fantastic news last week that his Lupus is currently in remission and his kidneys are back to 100% function so to say that this was amazing is an understatement we are just so happy he is finally getting through the storm and seeing the rainbow at the end .

Again next year I will be reassessing my diary as there has been some recent changes and this will now more then likely allow me to add back a few spots for cleans . But at this stage I'm just keeping to what I can physically achieve and fit in so once I know i will do my best to try and add a few more spots in .

I do have 1 or 2 spots next week free if anyone is needing some cleaning done before the year ends so if your needing a deep bathroom clean or any cleaning done send me a msg and I'll see what I can do :)

Again I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you for your support and also the lovely Christmas gifts I've been receiving this week your appreciation and gratitude for my work is so heart warming and lovely and im just so blessed to be able to do what I do and help families keep their homes lovely and clean so they can focus more on their families and busy lives.

Bring on 2024 I cant wait to see what hopefully good things it has install for me and my family .

Merry Christmas and Happy new year to all of you . Stay safe , enjoy your loved ones and a well deserved rest and I will see you all in the new year ( unless your booked in for next week lol ) .

Hey everyone

Before I continue with this post please know this post isn't to upset any of my clients nor is directed at anyone inparticular but I need to make sure I address it. As I always say I absolutely adore my clients and how flexible and understanding they are and I always appreciate everyone's support of my work so again this post isn't to upset anyone or attack anyone .

Recently there have been allot of late payments being made and it is starting to affect not only my business but as a small business owner it affects my family aswell. I totally understand we are all trying to get through these tough times with the economy and we all have busy work and family lives this includes myself aswell.

I have and will always give my absolute best to all my clients whether it's a once off or you have a regular spot. In the 7.5 years I've been cleaning I have only ever charged once for a cancellation fee and have never sent a late payment fee . I never do as again my clients are amazing they are flexible if I need to change days or cancel and this is why I hardly ever charge for cancellations .

This being said I put my all into every clean and I always will . When becoming a client with me you are given my terms and conditions regarding cleans and payments. All domestic cleaning payments are due within 24 hrs of your clean and I always am upfront with this.

Please note I am aware some banks take longer to clear funds and I appreciate this which is why as from today all clients will be required to provide a payment receipt for your payment. By sending this you will cover yourself if payment does not clear within the required time frame and you will not be sent a late payment fee invoice. Again I really do not want to have to send late payment fee invoices but if payments continue to be late I will have no choice but to do this. Again this is not to upset anyone nor is it made to cause an issue this is now what I am putting in place so that I can continue to run my small business the best I can.

Again I want to thank everyone of my clients for your continued support and business I appreciate you all and everything you do for myself and my business.

Hi everyone

Just a quick friendly reminder that payment for cleans are due within 24 hrs of your clean. I am a small business and delayed payments do make a huge impact on my business and family. I always put my heart and soul into every clean and I work extremely hard so please can all clients ensure that's funds are transferred promptly. Another new client another deep bathroom clean. The client was shocked with how clean I was able to get the shower :) Love the before and after results there's just nothing better then seeing how much progress can be made with one of my deep cleans. 🥰🥰

Today's double deep bathroom clean in ellenbrook its was a big one but the client is wrapped with the results. It's always so rewarding putting the before and afters side by side it makes all my hard work worth it.

Another client today for a deep clean of their kitchen . This client wanted to start off with fhe deep cleaning of hwr bathrooms which we completed a few weeks ago and then this week we have tackled the kitchen. We did a deep clean of all the fronts of the cupboards , the stove top and rangehood aswell as benchtops , sink , front of the oven , dishwasher and all the splash back tiles even the toaster and the kettle got the royal treatment . Everything came up very nicely and the rangehood is now so shiny and sparkling.

A few pics from todays clean in Tapping. Look how amazing this beautiful renovated kitchen came up :) The client is so happy with how clean and sparkling her rangehood and entire kitchen is now . Being able to deliver such a high quality of work every single clean for my clients is what I love to do .

Brand new client's deep bathrooms and toilets clean today . This was a pretty big job but again the client knew this and gave me the time I needed to work my magic 🪄🔮

Please be mindful that jobs like this need the extra time to achieve the results both yourself and I want . I may work miracles but unrealistic time frames may leave you dissapointed if not everything can be done or allow for a real good deep clean . I know everyone is feeling the pinch with the current economic situation but i can always cater a clean to your budget . Please know that when booking a deep clean this is NOT a normal clean these are hard work and take more time then just a normal clean. I've spent 7.5 yrs perfecting my skills by purchasing and trialing hundreds of products to ensure you get the best I have to offer.

These bathrooms desperately needed a good deep clean which included full mould and grout scrub , removal of calcium and soap scum off tiles and shower screens, removal of calcium and water marks off taps and shower heads , removal of scuff and marks from the bath , calcium removal and descaling of all sinks around over flow holes taps and sink holes and removal of calcium and water marks off all shower trims. The toilets also got a make over with the calcium and limescale removed aswell as water marks from around the rim and the bowl plus a full clean from top to bottom including the window ledges and window tracks .

During the clean I always send progress pics to the client so you can rest assured your house is safe and a proper job is being done because as we all know there are some seriously shonky cowboy cleaners out there who claim to know how to clean but really haven't got a clue . I always advise my clients if im running behind , when I start the clean , when I finish the clean and if there are any timing or any other issues during the duration of the clean .

This client honestly was so overwhelmed by how great these bathrooms and toilets turned out . She is beyond happy with the results and cant wait for her next clean . We are tackling each area one by one which is allowing me the time to get these areas looking amazing so then when the time comes for her regular full house clean there will be not much deep cleaning required which in my opnion is the best way to go :)

Here are the before and afters . Pretty damn proud of myself tbh I worked so incredibly hard today and the results were amazing. This is why I do what I do because helping these family's with cleaning allows them to spend more time with there family and come home to relax in a lovely clean home which let's all be honest is pretty fantastic after a hard week at work:)

Another successful rangehood deep clean 😍😍 Years of built up oil and grime gone with just one soak in this magic stuff. Client was soooo happy and couldn't believe how i got it so clean. Ill be giving this a soak from now on every few months so we don't get another build up and can keep ontop of it. Even old appliances can sparkle and shine again proof is in the pics .
