A little introduction to the face behind FST Property Services! 💙
Hi everyone! I’m Alyssa, co-owner of FST Property Services.
We’re a family-owned and operated cleaning and property services business based in the Perth Hills, proudly servicing homes, businesses and properties across the Perth metro area.
As a mum of three and business owner, I know firsthand how valuable time is and how much of a difference having reliable people you can count on can make.
FST was built with a vision to offer more than just cleaning. We wanted to create a business that genuinely values quality workmanship, clear communication, reliability and building long-term relationships with our clients.
We’re still a growing business, and behind the scenes there’s a whole lot happening!
We’ve recently welcomed Belinda into our Operations & Training Lead role (who you’ll get to meet in one of our upcoming face-to-face introduction posts 👀), and we’re continuing to expand our cleaning team, strengthen our training processes and invest in the services we offer.
And speaking of equipment… peep the new trailer setup behind me! 👀, ready to tackle everything from driveways and outdoor areas to larger commercial and property maintenance jobs.

One thing that’s incredibly important to us is creating opportunities for our team while maintaining the high standards our clients deserve.
Seeing our signage go up is another exciting milestone and a reminder of how far we’ve come in such a short time.
