Are you ADHD? … it can be really overwhelming and hard for a
neuro-spicy, person to stay organised and clean - with all the best intentions to stay on top of your home cleaning ….it can be really easy to get distracted … and loose focus not to mention overwhelming … my daughter has ADHD so i can safely say ive had first hand experience 😅 Ive worked a lot with ADHD clients to help them get organised declutter and to make the day to day chours easier to manage ..🥰 reach out if you need some help .. no judgement 🙂
