To ensure the health and safety of our team, our cleaners are allowed to assess the premises before commencing work to ensure it is safe. The customer is responsible for ensuring our team ca
n work in a safe environment. This includes, but is not limited to providing a clear area for us to carry out duties, no blood or bodily fluids on items we are cleaning, no mold or harmful bacteria is to be left in places that require cleaning. Please ensure all sanitary items are disposed of in the bathroom / toilet area and that there is no urine or f***s on the floor and toilet prior to our arrival. When cleaning internal windows, our team can assist up to 2M. If the windows exceed 2M tall a professional window cleaner will be required at your expense. We do not clean external windows on double story buildings. We will only clean single story exterior windows up to 2M tall. It is up to our team members whether or not they feel comfortable cleaning ceiling fans, vents and air conditioning units. COVID-19
Our team is not required to wear face masks whilst cleaning for health and safety reasons. If you are concerned about our staff not wearing a mask, please let us know immediately. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 our team has completed Infection Control Training with the Australia Department of Health. Prior to each clean, our team will disinfect ALL equipment and use new gloves, wipes, cloths, mops and vacuum bags to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Our team is also required to sanitize prior to and after EVERY booking. It is recommended that whilst our team is cleaning, you move to another room in your home OR leave the premises to ensure social distancing and to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Our Service:
The customer must provide access to hot water and power. All fragile, important or highly breakable items must be removed or secured prior to our arrival. We do offer end of lease cleaning. However, we do not have a money back guarantee. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean condition, so that they are able to get their bond back. Our staff require ALL furniture, linen, junk, rubbish and dishes to be cleared out of the house prior to an end of lease clean. If the house is not empty, we will be unable to complete the end of lease clean. Customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or if there is a problem with the customer's keys. Payments:
Payments must be paid at least 48 hrs prior to your booking, unless the booking was made on Air Tasker. All Air Tasker bookings must be marked as complete and paid within 2 hours of our team finishing the task. Any payments that are deemed late will be charged a βlate feeβ of $10 p/day. Payments can be made via cash, direct deposit, Paypal and Air Tasker. Krause Cleaning Services does not offer payment plans such as Zip Money, Afterpay, Payitlater or Fupay. Cancellations:
Customers may cancel or adjust the time of a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advance notice. Customers agree to pay the full price of a cleaning visit if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Complaints:
