Worn out bearings and cracked seals. Left side is what we pulled out, right side is the fresh Astral Hurlcon service kit.

Two 6203 bearings, 3/4 inch mechanical seal, and 50mm union o-rings. Thats all it takes to get your pump running quiet again.
