With so many cleaning companies on the market, what sets us at CBD apart from the rest? We are an Australian owned family business, offering you the benefit of many years of cleaning experience that can only be acquired by the time spent within varied commercial cleaning environments. Our experience and hands-on approach mean we understand all the issues and operational considerations that you will encounter week to week. Over the years, we have excelled in developing tailored services to suit each clients cleaning requirements. We have set our sights on becoming the best provider of cleaning services and property maintenance in our given market, 'by old fashioned hard work' and constantly looking for ways to improve our performance. Every request, regardless of size, is treated as important. We pride ourselves in being able to take care of all those' small headaches' that often consume a manager's time and divert his or her attention away from the main game. Our manpower and ability to draw on the wealth of experience mean the largest of jobs are handled with the same care and attention to detail as the small, from start to finish. Our clients range from commercial cleaning, hotel, offices, property managers and restaurants to schools, universities and homeowners. Real estate agents who have traditionally juggled a number of tradesmen using in-house staff have been able to free up their sales people and property managers to focus more and play to their designated strengths.
