Ovens require more than just a wipe out, especially in rentals, we us a non toxic cleaner (Oven Power, it's brilliant!!) which is set up the day before you need it clean.
Photo one is the gunk that usually comes off racks, I like to leave them for as long as possible, the longer you leave it on, the easier it is to clean.
Photo 2 is the oven door and interior of the oven, usually there are up to 3 sheets of glass to clean, some ovens come with more, depending on the size and whether they are residential or commercial ovens and photo 3 is the oven when completed, an oven can take up to 2 hours to clean, people don't realise that they need to be pulled apart and reassembled and most have rubber stoppers, grommets and the door can come off most ovens, it's always handy to have a user manual, however Google has gotten us through when not available.
