When you work closely with other local plumbers giving each other work and all striving for the highest quality service, to then see that one company is going around dishing out 1 star reviews to bring all the others down. Maybe they could better use their time to improve their own business. This position comes with the added benefit of completing either Certificate III or IV in Business.
