It was an absolute pleasure to present these two motoring icons along side their owner at the “celebration of the motorcar concours” last weekend.

The Ferrari F40 detailed and dressed by our team in Swissvax Australia & New Zealand’s concours grade Crystal Rock wax.

The Lancia Stratos, refined, detailed and paint corrected by our team as part of its meticulous restoration.

A very rewarding weekend to see these two cars in their best form and a privilege to be a part of their restoration and preservation.

A big thanks also to our partners KTEC Autohaus for their continued support and work along side our team.

Sometimes you just get the feeling to go for a night drive, our track prepped turbo wide body mx5 gets a rare chance to stretch its legs on the streets.

In collaboration with our good friends at KTEC Autohaus, we were privileged to work with them on this project to revive this classic 911 SC.

The Guards Red paintwork entered our studio weathered with a lifetime of surface damage, fade, matting and marring from improper cleaning and neglect.

Through our strict process, many many hours, an arsenal of Swissvax products, compounds, polishing tools and a plenty of resilience, our team brought this car back to life.

The scope was to rejuvenate and protect the following:

11 Panels - Paint correction/restoration
All Rubber seals
All external Plastics
All external Trims and lights

Finished off with Swissvax Endurance Wax for 12 months of protection and unparalleled showroom gloss.

There was a real quirk on this project:
We actually had to heat cycle all of the panels during the correction to avoid any past damage resurfacing after being left out in the elements!

The overall budget on this car was 50 hours, and every hour was needed to deliver what is now a stunning example of a classic 911 SC

We would like to give a commendation to KTEC Autohaus for the mechanical work on the fuel system and engine, and for sourcing some original goodies for the interior including the seats and an original cassette head unit!

An absolute pleasure to be a part of this project, and we look forward to seeing this beautiful car out and about at some of our events.

The ELW team were delighted to work with Barbagallo Maserati on one of the first MC20’s in the country.

The delicacy of this beautiful new satin finish colour "Bianco Audace” was stunning, and it was a clear choice to utilise the Swissvax “Opaque” range.

It may come as a surprise, but ordinary cleaning and detailing products should be avoided on Satin & Matt paintwork due to the gloss enhancers and harsh high alkaline levels they can contain. Satin & Matt paint needs to be cared for with accuracy and finesse - cleaned, sealed or waxed to maintain the surface, avoid deterioration, discolouration, unwanted gloss and to be kept looking original . All of the Opaque range products are designed exclusively for Satin & Matt paint, to preserve the factory finish.
