Everything Septic

👏

October is Small Business Month, and BIOSeptic is stoked to be one of ten local businesses selected by Council to feature in their 2026 I AM CAMDEN campaign! 💙

Throughout October, the campaign celebrates the businesses and people who help make Camden the place it is.

To us, Camden is more than where we work, it’s where our family has grown up and built our business. We’ve been fortunate to grow alongside our community, and we’re committed to keeping manufacturing and jobs local and creating opportunities for the next generation.

From our factory in Smeaton Grange, we manufacture onsite wastewater systems and underground water tanks for homes and projects across Australia. Behind every tank is a dedicated team, and we’re delighted to share their work and our story.

Thank you to Camden Council for including us, and to our team, customers and industry partners for being part of our journey.

Australian made. Family owned. Built to last.

👋 Meet the Team Monday — Brad

This Monday, we’re introducing Brad — our Service Manager! 👋

Brad has been part of the Everything Septic team for the past 12 months, bringing plenty of hands-on experience from previously running his own property maintenance business.

When he’s not answering our technicians questions on the phone in the field himself or on a breakdown with his head in the system investigating, Brad enjoys the variety that comes with the role — because as he says, “something different every day.” 👌

A few things you might not know about Brad:
☕ Road-trip essentials: lollies & coffee
🎶 Driving soundtrack: Triple J
🦸 Superpower of choice: turning his sense of smell off! 😂
🚽 Strangest find: the things kids flush… toys included!
🌱 Best septic advice: Don’t water your vegetable garden with septic water.

And perhaps the most surprising thing Brad has learned? How poo can turn into clear water! 💧

Head through the carousel to get to know Brad a little better.

Thanks for everything you do, Brad! 👏

👋 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY – SARAH

Meet Sarah, one of our Service Technicians here at Everything Septic — and no, not Sarah from the office! 😂

Our other Sarah spends her days out in the field, servicing AWTS systems and helping make sure everything is running as it should for our customers.

Before joining Everything Septic, Sarah worked around animals, including in kennels and on farms, so she’s certainly no stranger to getting her hands dirty! Since joining the team, she’s been trained alongside our Service Operations Manager, Brad, and has proven to be a quick learner when it comes to AWTS servicing and maintenance.

She’s friendly, hardworking and always willing to give something a go — and she’s quickly become a valuable part of the Everything Septic team.

So if you see Sarah arrive at your property for a service, you’ve got field Sarah… while office Sarah is probably back at the desk keeping everything organised behind the scenes! 😄

We’re very happy to have her on the team! 💚

Everything Septic, It’s what we do!

Last year we installed this BioSeptic & Sydney Water Tanks s10 AWTS for Partridge Building & Developments with 400m2 of subsurface irrigation, now due to some additions and alterations to the house, we’ve added an additional 200m2!

With our expert knowledge and specialised equipment we were able to achieve this with minimal disruption to the site.

From installation to ongoing servicing, inspections and system upgrades, wastewater is what we specialise in.

👋 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY – SCOTT

This week we’re introducing Scott, one of our Service Technicians here at Everything Septic!

Scott has been part of the Everything Septic team for around two years all up and has been back with us for the past nine months. Before joining the septic world, he worked in earthmoving and for an agricultural manufacturer — experience that definitely comes in handy out in the field!

When he’s not servicing systems, you’ll probably find Scott on the road with a packet of BBQ Shapes nearby and a playlist featuring just about every music genre imaginable. 😂

Scott’s also seen firsthand just how much of a difference a well-maintained AWTS can make, especially when it comes to keeping lawns and gardens looking green and healthy.

And his advice to customers? Make sure your septic system stays accessible and keep on top of your regular servicing — it makes everyone’s life a whole lot easier!

We’re lucky to have Scott out there representing the Everything Septic team. 💚
