✨ Business Update – Conquest Cleans ✨
To all our valued clients,
I just wanted to jump on and share a few business updates for 2026, along with a couple of friendly reminders moving forward.
Firstly — some personal/business news. This year I’ve made the decision to pursue another opportunity alongside continuing to run Conquest Cleans. As many of you know, I’ve been building this business for the past few years and I’m incredibly proud of what it has grown into, so I will absolutely still be continuing my cleaning services — just on a slightly reduced schedule.
Moving forward, cleaning days will be:
✨ Monday
✨ Wednesday
✨ Friday
✨ Occasional Saturdays (limited availability)
Due to this change, I unfortunately have no availability for new ongoing/regular cleans. However, I will still be able to accommodate once-off or irregular bookings where my schedule allows — these will just need to be organised in advance.
☀️ Extreme Heat Policy ☀️
With the extreme temperatures we’ve experienced over the past few weeks, working conditions have at times been incredibly difficult. Because of this, I will be implementing an Extreme Heat Policy moving forward.
On days where temperatures reach 40°C or higher, cleans may be cancelled. I will always do my best to reschedule where possible, however due to limited availability this may not always be achievable.
Where cleans do go ahead in warmer weather, we would greatly appreciate it if air-conditioners could be left on to help maintain a safe and workable environment.
Thank you in advance for your understanding — my goal is always to deliver the highest quality service, and extreme heat can impact both safety and results.
🧾 Invoice Reminder 🧾
Just a friendly reminder that invoices are due within 3 days of your clean being completed.
Invoices are always sent on the day of your clean, which means they are always due 3 days from that date. If you haven’t received your invoice, please reach out so I can resend it — occasionally there can be a glitch with the invoicing program, so it’s always best to check.
I completely understand from time to time life gets busy — things gets hectic, people forget and unexpected financial situations pop up. That’s absolutely okay. This reminder is simply aimed at ongoing late payments, not the occasional slip-up.

Conquest Cleans
