💙 A BIG DAY FOR KIMBERLIE & CO 💙
Today wasn’t about cleaning.
It wasn’t about mops, vacuums, schedules, or checklists.
Today was about people.
For the first time in our 13-year journey, the entire Kimberlie & Co team came together for a Culture & Standards Launch a day focused on reconnecting with who we are, why we exist, and where we’re heading.
We reflected on how Kimberlie & Co began: a single mum with a passion for helping people and a dream of making a difference. Today, that dream has grown into a team that provides peace of mind, trust, support, and time back to hundreds of clients across our community.
Together we launched our updated mission, vision, values, standards, and growth pathway for the future.
Our four core values will guide everything we do:

We also introduced improved training systems, updated policies, clearer expectations, enhanced onboarding, and new opportunities for team growth.
Most importantly, today reinforced something we’ve always believed:

When our team feels supported, empowered, valued, and heard, great things happen for our clients and our community.
