Well, what a trip! We, (along with a small contingent of other Aussies) flew over to the RIA Restoration Convention and Industry Expo in West Palm Beach, Florida last month. What a great event. It’s always interesting to learn from others and mix with such professionals. On top of the professional learnings, it was awesome catching up with good friends whilst we are over there, and making new ones too. We also attended the roast of G. Pete Consigli, CR, WLS which made for some laughs as well.

Also, for those that aren’t aware, or haven’t registered, you don’t have to travel to the USA to learn and network with other like minded professionals, as RIA Inc. Australasia has our own Conference and Tradeshow coming up on the Gold Coast on 18th-20th of June (16 days time). If you haven’t registered already, please do so as we look forward to catching up with everyone shortly for another great event locally!

On the road since 2 am and now on a barge to assist one of our Island clients that have suffered from a unattended escape of liquid in a holiday property. No matter that terrain or location, we can assist with all your mitigation, remediation and restoration needs!

Senior Staff Appreciation Post - Our staff have been doing a MONSTER effort recently. Whilst we are busy constantly with business as usual work, since the major flooding earlier in this year, our teams have been sensational in not only the quality of work they have been providing, but the hours they have committed to, in a bid to try and get as many homes and business restored to allow local families get back into their homes and businesses to re-open.

To assist our field senior technicians, we upgraded their inspection kits with the latest thermal imaging, borescope and moisture detection equipment to assist them to continue to provide the service we are well known for.

We are attending the AICLA Qld Division Claims Conference this morning in Brisbane. Always a great event where we all get a more rounded view of other professionals that are involved in the claims/insurance process, along with being a great networking event as usual.

Got a project with difficult site access? Beyond Clean Group have you covered. We are removing some mitigation equipment that was used for project stabilisation from a large mould project at Moreton Island before returning to complete remediation in the near future.

With this much flooding around the Sunshine Coast, this is how our teams are resorting to getting to jobs currently. (Actually, we are assisting a valued client with a two story water damage over on Moreton Island today) - just because there isn’t enough storm affected properties at the moment 😎
