Nathan is missing.
The 50-year-old was last seen on High Street, Belmont, about 11pm on 16 July.
Police have concerns for Nathan’s welfare due to a medical condition and his disappearance being out of character.
Anyone with information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact Waurn Ponds Police Station on (03) 5247 3500.

Oh where has the time gone 😱

Celebrating 🥳 20 year this week
There been so many changes over those wonderful years.
