KLMS’s regular lawn mowing services, including once off jobs consist of:

* Edging all lawns edges adjacent to concrete paths drives and paving
* Sniping lawn edges against fences, walls, slopes and banks are sniped.
* Mowing all lawn

areas (or as agreed with the client)
* Blowing down lawn clippings off of all walkways, driveways and deck/patio areas on completion of mowing. KLMS only cleans up the mess they make, excess mess which isn’t caused by KLMS e.g. excess leaves / tree branches etc which needed to be cleaned up prior to KLMS commencing which may incur extra charges depending on how long it takes to complete before commencement of your regular maintenance. * KLMS can take care of all types of lawned areas on a regular basis, maintenance or even once off jobs, with our commercial grade and powerful equipment. KLMS will aim to NOT mow a lawn where we might damage the lawn (KLMS will whipper snip the muddy area), or reschedule for another day.

* KLMS will endeavour to be there to mow your lawn on a pre-arranged day for your regular maintenance schedule, or we will let you know ahead of time if we can’t make it on that day. If bad weather prevents us from being there on the regular day we will always complete the service as soon as possible.

* KLMS covers a wide area; we do organise set runs, as best as possible on set days.

* If you need to change your lawn service to a different day, either before or after your scheduled day, then simply get in contact with us to rebook.

* KLMS takes pride in maintaining your lawn to keep it lush and green all year round. Our schedules depend on many factors:- grass type, soil condition, exposure to sunlight. In the warmer / hotter weather the lawn will grow quite well and fast. To maintain the healthiest lawn possible, KLMS recommends the lawn should be maintained regularly on a fortnightly (2weekly) basis for an average lawn. Depending on the growth of your lawn, maintenance may need to be done on a more regular (weekly) basis for a short period depending upon the growth and the thickness of your lawn.
** NOTE: If the lawn is over grown, or if the lawn is not maintained on a consistent basis, then the lawn might look below standard, with regular lawn maintenance and care the lawn will improve and look better quicker.

* Winter can be problematic for all concerned and we thank you for your understanding and patience. On occasion KLMS are may be unable to complete your service on the regular day.
* Mowing frequency is usually reduced in winter, some lawns will push back to 3 weeks, some lawns will push back to 4-6 weeks. This is all dependent on the factors above as the conditions for the soil are the opposite due to the cooler weather and when the weather starts warming up, the schedule would become more frequent again as outlined above previously.
