This Week Our team has completed a fantastic project which involved cleaning 6 Villa Units for the Stevens Construction at Retire Australia site in Foresters Beach on the Central Coast. To date we have completed all the units in Stage 7 and 8 – 14 Units in Total

Sometimes it is very challenging to stay positive in a negative situation.

In many instances, when we find ourselves in these situations, it becomes very easy to adopt negative thinking and, in the process, blame everyone and everything for the world of problems happening in our lives or in our organization.

It's tough, I know, but that's what being a leader is all about, and that's why leadership is not for the faint at heart. Your leadership is tested in a crisis, and you can immediately deduce what kind of leader you are when you are faced with challenging situations that stretch you to think beyond your comfort zone.

It's all a matter of mindset because you have to inspire your team to believe that everything will be okay, which is why being positive in a negative situation is not naive; it's leadership.

Last year we had the pleasure of completing the post construction builders clean there for Newcastle's CORE PROJECTS GROUP., This is one of the nicest, most stylish and thoughtful projects we’ve ever worked on and a milestone in our Property Maintenance Services - Newcastle business that we are extremely proud of. Amazing architecture, design, great restaurant and sustainability features throughout. Now the rest of Newcastle is catching up with another hotel just commissioned near the mall and another under construction in Honeysuckle. Three years ago we completed the Holiday Inn builders clean in Newcastle West in Stewart Ave for TAYLORS CONSTRUCTION opposite the New City Council Headquarters.It's all coming together for Newcastle as a National and International holiday destination😳
