This week, the Skyline Operations team visited several properties across the Sydney region where we deliver ongoing commercial cleaning and grounds maintenance services.
One standout site sits less than 200 metres from the water in Burraneer, Southern Sydney NSW. Set on an impressive street, this beautiful multi-residential complex features a three-storey apartment building, a row of townhouses, and a heritage-listed building that includes shared common areas and additional residences.

• Bin Management Services – We manage bin placement for collection and return, supporting residents, many of whom are elderly, so they don’t need to worry about heavy lifting. After collection, bins are cleaned to minimise odours and maintain hygiene standards.
• Strata and Commercial Cleaning – Our team attends multiple times per week to maintain common areas, ensuring they remain clean, well-presented and hygienic for all residents.
• Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping – We maintain the gardens and surrounding grounds to ensure the property remains a source of pride. Services include lawn mowing, w**d management, and the pruning of bushes, shrubs and hedges to promote healthy growth and visual appeal.
• Proactive Communication and Reporting – Our team members vigilantly report required maintenance and any issues that arise onsite so building managers can address concerns promptly. Daily activities are documented with pre-start and end-of-shift photos, along with completed digital checklists. This information is compiled and sent directly to our site contact, ensuring transparency, accountability and clear communication at all times.
