SPECTACULAR STREET APPEAL!!

Hi everyone, we hope you have all had a healthy and happy start to the year! Once again it seems to be flying past within the blink of an eye.

Here’s an amazing project from last year that we have been waiting to share with you. This one was for an exisiting client of ours. They had an incredible vision and we had the expertise to turn it into reality.

- Remove all windows and entry door ✅

- Install new beautiful timber door with sidelight ✅

- Install two new sliding windows and one new bay window ✅

- Re clad ✅

- Build deck ✅

- Install polycarbonate roofing ✅

This client has since had the exposed aggregate pathway laid and is now working on installing the timber fence

What a statement piece for the front of this home. It’s a real head turner and arguably one of the nicest looking facades in the street.

Hi everyone,

We would like to thank all of our clients, family and friends for the continued support this year. It was a very challenging year with so many jobs around town made all the more difficult with a lack of materials. Many hours were spent chasing materials for different projects but we are so thankful to have completed all the projects we did. We have tackled heaps of projects, many of which we haven’t shared yet as we have just been so busy.

Here’s to hoping everyone had a Merry Christmas and all the best for 2022.

Heres some progress shots of our job at Belmont North. This build features a split level design with a combination of 2.8m (main) and 2.4m (upper) ceiling heights. A great design that encapsulates 5 bedrooms plus an office and an ensuite for each bedroom, as well as a large open plan kitchen/entertaining area

TURNING A HOUSE INTO A HOME

Here’s some photos of a project we worked on tirelessly for the first 3 months of the year. This new home owner faced us with the task of turning this run down 3 bedroom house into a safe and liveable home. This was done in between all the other renovations we had been completing. After doing a full days work we would go to this site well into the night to make true on our promise of having it done as quick as possible.

To keep it short and simple this is what was done

-jacking, re leveling and re piering
-new kitchen
-new laundry
-new bathroom
-completely new plumbing, gas and drainage
-significant electrical changes
-new built in wardrobe
-complete patch and repair of all existing wall and ceiling linings
-complete repaint on the inside
-new carpet and vinyl

It may not be the most classy, high end job we’ve done but it was still great to be trusted with yet another full house renovation. This was definitely a budget renovation and a lot of the things we installed were sourced second hand by the client, including the kitchen, waredrobe and some of the bathroom PCs. In saying that it came up great. No matter the budget our quality of work is never compromised

These photos were taken roughly a week before handing the keys back to the client so there is some odd jobs that haven’t been completed in the photos
