Hi I'm looking for a cleaner to work with me as I build my business throughout the Nambucca Valley. No experience necessary as training provided however good work ethic, communication and reliability essential. I can pay casual or contractor rates depending on your situation. Small hours to start with, increasing over time. Cleaning equipment provided however must have own vehicle. Please pm me expressions of interest.

Yesterday I did my first session at Crystal Rose Yoga I loved it and will definitely be going back! I felt like I had moved and worked every part of my body by the end and my back which is always sore felt relaxed and calm which is a big win for me. I moved down to the beautiful Nambucca valley last year and very quickly met a whole bunch of hugely inspiring women nailing it in business, with their families and giving and connecting to community. We had an awesome time trick or treating in Bowraville last night! My first time doing this and will definitely do again. So many happy enthusiastic people opened their door to us and were delighted to see happy children out and about in the community!
