Our company is a 20 year old Sydney based property maintenance and cleaning company (www.brightercleaningservices.com.au) now trying to expand in Melbourne. After successfully operating for a year in Melbourne, we have slowed it down for last couple of months as the we were getting extremely busy but lacked time commitment and appropriate staffs. Now we would like to revamp this business again but need a very reliable cleaning staff to help the Managing Partner to run the business successfully -
1. Need someone experienced in all sort of cleaning - residential and commercial in Melbourne.
2. The person will be closely working with the managing partner to manage and guide other cleaning staffs, so leadership skill is desirable.
3. Has own car to carry cleaning items.
4. Help managing partner to develop the business further and hence become a critical member of this business. As the business grows,the person will be well looked after.
5. Need to be smart, fluent in English, punctual, trust-able and 100% honest.
6. The right person will be designated as the Operation Manager.
Couple of important notes -
# We will give you a thorough training regarding our systems and service management but can't give u cleaning training. If you are new to the cleaning or not confident enough to work by yourself don't apply for this position. This is a cleaning cm management position for experienced cleaners.
# You need to be patient initially as we may not be able to give you enough hours. But that’s why we are hiring you as you will be working for us to get the more job booked so that the business grow sand we can keep you busy.
