🚨 Pool compatibility is a thing...

Not every vacuum plate and skimmer basket are meant to be together.

Some are a perfect match. ❤️
Others... are basically a first date that should've ended after "Hi." 😬

If your cleaner has weak suction, poor performance, or just seems to be struggling, there's a good chance your vacuum plate and basket aren't compatible.

Before you blame the cleaner, make sure it's not in the wrong relationship! 😂

🥶💦 When the job calls for a swim... you swim!

Our technician Jack drew the short straw this week and had to take a chilly dip to replace the hydrostatic valves in a pool.

Was it cold? Absolutely.
Was it refreshing? Surprisingly, yes.
Was Jack thrilled about it? The photo says it all. 😆

To be fair, we were kind enough to provide him with a full-body wetsuit... although judging by that smile, we're not sure it helped all that much! 🤣

Not every pool job happens poolside — sometimes you've just got to jump in and get it done.
