We’re growing fast here at Classy Cleaners… come join our friendly, professional team.

We’re seeking an experienced and highly competent Scheduler/ Planner and Admin Assistant to support our Managing Director and rapidly growing team of home and office cleaners.
We are busy, so come ready for a challenge. This newly created role is conveniently located within Classy Cleaners home office in Mount Martha and will be initially for 3 hours per day (Monday-Friday 8.30am-11.30am). Come make this role your own.
Your expertise, initiative and strong work ethic will be appreciated here at Classy Cleaners. You will need to be reliable and trustworthy with an ability to work well unsupervised and as part of a team. Your level headed, pragmatic approach and keen eye for detail will ensure you add loads of value to our friendly hard working team.

The ideal applicant will have experience in:
- Job scheduling.
- Staff scheduling and workforce planning.
- Stock Management and control.
- Customer experience and relationship management.
- Administration and general office support.

Key core skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft skills.
- 3 years+ Advance Scheduling software/ ERP experience (we use ServiceM8).
- An understanding of scheduling/planning invoice management and basic financial flows.
- Outstanding communication skills.
