🌀 weather post/update 🌀

💓 We hope all our MBC family are safe and secure 💓

🧽 This weeks cleans will ONLY go ahead if it is safe to do so. Although our homes are safe, the road surrounding us are flooding (with more rain to come). We are also waiting to hear if school closures will be extended.

⚡️ If you have lost power or have experienced flooding, please let us know so we can reschedule.

We are NOT sole traders, we are a business. The award wage (our LEGAL payment obligations) for a casual cleaner are over $30ph + super+ travel. We also pay workers compensation, insurances, invoicing software, taxes, equipments…. and so much more!

⛈️ Cancellations due to weather ⛈️

As most are aware, the weather has created incredibly dangerous driving conditions. Due to flash flooding, we were unable to safely leave our home. All clients have been notified.

❤️ Please know, we do not make these decisions lightly. If we do not work, we do not get paid. However, the safety of ourselves and our staff will always be our first priority ❤️

🎄 we hope you all had an amazing Xmas and new year 🎄

💔 unfortunately, we suffered an incredible loss over the break (Pappa bears mum/Bonnie’s mum in-law/Kylie and Courtney’s nan- pictured below). Bonnie and Courtney are in NSW helping Pappa bear through this difficult time. 💔

🏥 As most know, Kylie is also going in for surgery tomorrow 10/01/2024 🏥

🛑 This means we’ve had to extend our closure dates until 15/01/2024. All clients have been privately contacted. We understand this may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your patience. When booking with a family run business, we ALL have to take time away when we lose someone so very important to us. 🛑
