How it Works!
Step 1: Book Online
- Visit our website and click on 'Book Now'.
- Choose the time allocation.
- Choose the day and cleaning start time that works for you.
- List the areas you want cleaned during the allocated time.
Step 2: After You Book
- You will receive a confirmation email after you book online.
- We will match you with a suitable cleaner.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your cleaner is assigned.
- Your cleaner will bring their own equipment, products, and materials, so you won't have to provide them yourself.
- You will be matched with a single cleaner only.
- If your assigned cleaner is unavailable, we have backup cleaners available to cover for them, at your consent.
Step 3: Booking Portal Access
- You will have access to our booking portal, where you can leave instructions for your cleaner, reschedule or cancel your appointments.
- You can leave notes on each booking indicating what areas you'd like your cleaner to attend to, or you can leave it up to your professional cleaner to decide.
- At the end of the service you can leave a review for your cleaner.
- Invoices are emailed the day after the service for prompt EFT payment.😃
