Some info about the accommodation: The shouse is an original titan shed, council approved and signed off as a dwelling. It contains 2 small bedrooms, a living area, a study area, and a bathroom/ laundry. It has a fully functioning kitchen with a gas cook top and electric oven, fridge with freezer, and a dishwasher. There is also an outdoor gas plate BBQ. The main living area has a reverse cycle air conditioner. The main room boosts a Queen size bed, bedside tables and a mirrored built in robe. With a 45 inch Samsung smart TV on the wall. The 2nd Bedroom has a bunk bed, with a double mattress on the bottom and a single up top. I set of bedside drawers, a tall boy, and a mirrored built in Robe. A smaller Sonic TV is wall mounted. Both rooms have access to the outside verandah via a glass sliding door. Parking is at the rear of the property, using the right-hand side driveway. It is probably easier to reverse down the drive, although, if you are in a smaller car, it is easy enough to do a few point turns, to turn your vehicle around. There is strictly no smoking or vaping inside the shouse. Smoking outside is allowed, but you are requested to use the sand bins provided for all your ash and butts. Venturing out of Mooloolah Valley, The Beerwah Hotel, The Palmwoods Hotel, Aussie World or Rick’sDiner are all worth checking out. We live on the top level of the land, with our own separate dwelling, and driveway. THE TOP LEVEL IS OUT OF BOUNDS. This includes the swimming pool and spa. We stock complimentary tea and coffee, milk and welcome bottle of water and homemade scones! Should you need supplies the local IGA is in Mooloolah and this is open until 8pm, or in Beerwah you will find Aldi and Woolworths.
