This spa is getting the pipes degreased. Good idea to get this done every time you empty the spa. You will be surprised what it flushes out of the pipes and hoses.

Spas look nice in a decking, but when a pump needs to be replaced, access can be a real problem. We had to remove two sides of the decking to replace the pumps, then the big job of screwing the decking back down again. Think carefully about the location of your spa.
