Hello everyone,
It has been sometime since we have made a post, thanking all our clients for keeping us busy.
If you have recently sent an inbox, email, call or text and have received a delay in response, I'd like to sincerely apologize for the delay.
As many of you already know, we have a stella team which help make Custom Maid Housekeeping the brand you trust, know and love. We value our team very much, mostly for working so well collectively when other team members haven't been available.
As of recent, myself and another team member have suffered a sudden loss in the family and have been on compassionate leave as we travel to and from interstate to sort out affairs and to grieve. We still want to be able to deliver quality work to you whether it be servicing your home or admin, replying to enquiries.
We just ask if you could be a little patient as we navigate this difficult time, as each day varies to the next. We pride ourselves on being transparent with you all.
We promise to return soon in all our glory (still available perhaps just not as prompt) and be more immediate regarding enquiries, posts, updates etc. For now, please expect a few days for us to get back to you.
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you all for your condolences and support.
